I hope you are all keeping safe and well. Tabernacle’s building is closed at present but the Church is still very much open. We need to keep praying, worshipping and, if possible, supporting the work financially because the Bible tells us to give back to God a portion of what he has given to us. Life goes on and we still have to pay the bills!
First, I want to thank those members who have continued giving during the Lockdown. Yes, the Sunday offerings are down compared to when Tabernacle was open but God is good and we continue to put our trust in Him.
There are a number of ways you can give if you are not doing so already:
• Members with on-line bank accounts can transfer money directly into the Church account.
• Cheques can be sent to my home address.
• Weekly offerings in envelopes can be kept safe until you are able to return to Church.
Pastor Peter has details of the Church’s bank account and my home address. I hope it will not be too long before we are all able to meet again at Tabernacle.
